Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchange of items up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. All returned items will be inspected by us before we confirm if the exchange is accepted. If the new requested size or design is not available, we allow for exchange to other available item(s).

Please note that items sold are not eligible for cash refunds and any shipping costs for exchange will be borne by you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
